Idaho BEAD Prequalification Process Open Now! 

Idaho’s BEAD Prequalification Phase opened on Thursday, January 16, 2025, and will close on Friday, February 14, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. MT.

Resources and guidance documents for the Prequalification Phase can be found here.

The Prequalification Application can be accessed via to the Idaho Department of Commerce’s Grant Portal.  If you do not already have portal access, please make sure to select “New User?” on the login page.  New portal users will be sent PDF directions regarding how to navigate the portal.  Please note, that organizations are only able to have one active portal user at a time.  For grant portal questions, please contact grants@commerce.idaho.gov.

Idaho’s BEAD Challenge Process data was formally approved by NTIA on December 31, 2024.

The final BSL eligibility lists are posted on Link Up Idaho.

The IOB is currently processing and evaluating submitted comments for Idaho’s BEAD Application Project Areas (APAs). Comments will be posted on Link Up Idaho when ready. The draft BEAD APAs can be viewed here.
