BEAD Funding Application Phase
Application Window = Tuesday, July 15, 2025 @ noon MT to Tuesday, July 29, 2025 @ noon MT.

Funding Application Grant Portal: If you do not already have portal access, please make sure to select “New User?” on the login page. New portal users will be sent PDF instructions regarding how to navigate the portal. Please note, organizations are only able to have one active portal user at a time. For grant portal questions, please contact grants@commerce.idaho.gov.
BEAD Application Project Areas (APAs)

Important Note: The only difference between BEAD APA Map 3.0 and 4.0 is the BEAD eligibility location layer. The BEAD eligible locations were modified as follows:
- Lumen RDOF default (added locations to eligibility)
- CPF enforceable commitments – Latah County and Idaho County projects (removed locations from eligibility)
- Successful ULFW challenges (removed locations from eligibility)
- Non-BSLs that have been removed from the fabric per FCC Version 6 (removed locations from eligibility)
There were no modifications made to the number or design of APAs from Map 3.0 to 4.0 APA Methodology

View a complete list of Idaho BEAD eligible applicants here. If an applicant is already on this list, nothing further is needed. If an applicant is not on this list, then a Prequalification Application must be completed and submitted.
